How can I track my order? 

If you have selected shipping with a tracking option, will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your order. 

 

I’ve ordered a few items, will they all be sent together? 

Where possible, we always endeavour to combined shipping for a single order, however in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries, and depending on what you have ordered items may be packed inside one another.

Thank you for shopping with GrenX. We take pride in delivering high-quality, Australian-made 4x4 products to customers around the world. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items may require additional lead time. Estimated production times will be noted on the product page or communicated via email.


🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship via reliable national and international carriers, including Australia Post, DHL, TNT, and others depending on location and product size.

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance and regional conditions)


🌐 International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following for all international customers:

  • All customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • GrenX does not control or calculate these charges, and they are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and must be paid before delivery is completed.

Refusal to pay import duties may result in the shipment being returned, delayed, or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs or unclaimed items returned due to unpaid customs fees.


💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • Any costs related to the return of goods due to refused delivery or incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.


🔄 Returns & Delivery Refusal

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs charges, GrenX will:

  • Deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from any eligible product refund (if the item is received back in brand-new condition).

  • Reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is damaged in return transit or is never returned.
